  When I first started searching for somewhere to learn self-defense, I was looking for somewhere I wouldn’t have to spend many years rising through a belt system before learning the practical application. I simply didn’t think I had a lot of time to commit and wanted to be as efficient as possible. Sifu Sean provides just that. Using his background in multiple martial arts and various life experiences, he starts with the basics and progresses based on your understanding and development, but he teaches with practicality in mind.
  He provides classes for whatever your goals are, whether it’s improving fitness with kickboxing, competitive martial arts or practical self-defense through Kali and Jeet Kune Do.
  Sifu Sean has a great understanding of conditioning and provides a great workout in his kickboxing classes. He also understands the body mechanics involved in maximizing your performance and to prevent injuring yourself while training, sparring or if you ever had to apply your training in the real world.
  Sifu Sean cultivates a welcoming class of students of varying levels and walks of life who are all willing to work together to better themselves and each other, all under his watchful eye. Classes are large enough that you get a variety in training partners but small enough that you feel you get a lot of personalized attention. If you ever have the opportunity, I highly recommend trying a few classes with Sifu Sean and experiencing it for yourself.
