  Coming from the Boston area, this was my first time visiting a Mattress 1 store to purchase a new mattress for my condo in Florida. Mike, the store manager, was an excellent sales person, walking me through the numerous selections available throughout the store. There was no sales pressure, just the opportunity to take my time and experience the nuances of each mattress company. Mike shared his knowledge and was able to answer specific questions which helped me to narrow my selection to support my husband's respiratory challenges. As my purchase took place during the holiday season, several incentives were also available, which were a terrific bonus. Our only glitch in this experience was that it was a custom order, over the holiday, and took several weeks. Mike was diligent in tracking the order and keeping us informed as to why there had been a delay and when deliver would take place. This store and company also offered additional compensation due to the inconvenience in the delay of the delivery. This type of customer service is rare these days and Mike and Mattress 1 should be commended for their follow through and effort in building a strong customer base. I would highly recommend this store!
