  This dental office completely let me down. I had made this my dentist since my first appointment last year. I felt at ease going back as my first appointment went so well. This was not the case this time. The receptionist John confirmed the wrong appointment time and had me come 3 hours after my actual appointment. On top of the obvious concern he told me I'd be charged for no show. I was there 20mins early to the appointment he confirmed with me. He VERY RUDELY stated that my appointment was 3 hours earlier. I couldn't believe this. He then told me that appointment for the time he'd confirmed with me didn't show so they could "fit me in".. how nice right? NOT!! New hygienist ALERT!! The worst cleaning experience I've ever had in my life. This women made me think of a pan handler or ex con. No rude and no personality. She even made the comment that I set her schedule back by not showing earlier!!! I explained to her my appointment was for now.. maybe that's why there was an opening. This whole experience was terrible. I won't be back EVER!
